Terms & Conditions
- Plan duration: 12 months from purchase date.
- Service area: NYC (all 5 boroughs) and Long Island.
- Coverage: Up to two (2) HVAC systems of any type (residential or light commercial).
- Additional systems: $149/year each, same benefits.
- Scheduling: Contact within 3 business days; tune-ups scheduled at optimal seasonal intervals.
- Cancellation: Full refund before first visit; prorated after.
- Same-day priority: We make every effort to provide same-day service for Premium members. Subject to technician availability.
- No overtime: All service calls are billed at standard rates regardless of time, day, or holiday.
- Repairs: 20% discount on all labor and parts.
- Efficiency report: Delivered after fall tune-up with year-over-year comparison (second year onward).
- Plan auto-renews annually. 30-day renewal notice provided.
- All work performed by licensed, insured Fixar Inc. technicians.
