Our Story
Fixar Inc. was founded in 2015 with a simple mission: bring honest, high-quality HVAC services to New York City at fair prices. What started as a small team working out of Brooklyn has grown into one of the most trusted HVAC contractors serving all five boroughs and Long Island.
Our founder saw a gap in the NYC HVAC market — too many companies overcharging, underdelivering, or simply not showing up. Fixar was built on the opposite principle: show up on time, do the job right, charge a fair price, and earn repeat business through trust.
Over the past decade, we've completed a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC work across NYC. From mini split installations in Brooklyn walkups to VRF system retrofits in Manhattan high-rises, we've tackled it all — and we've earned a 4.7-star rating across Google and Thumbtack along the way.

Founder & Lead Technician
When you hire Fixar, you get Egor — not a rotating crew. He personally runs the diagnosis and the work on every job, learns your home and its systems over time, and answers the phone when you call. That's the difference between a boutique shop and a dispatch operation: one accountable craftsman who remembers your building, your equipment, and how you like things done.
Egor is EPA Section 608 certified and works on residential, commercial, and marine systems across NYC. Fixar Inc. is fully insured, with a Certificate of Insurance available on request.

We install, service, and replace systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Trane, Fujitsu, Cooper & Hunter, Rheem, LG, York, and Lennox. Listing a brand here means we work on it — not that we are an authorized dealer for that manufacturer.
OSHA Compliant
All technicians complete OSHA safety training. We follow strict safety protocols on every job, especially for rooftop and commercial work.
NYC DOB Experienced
We handle all NYC Department of Buildings permits and filings for HVAC installations. We know the code requirements inside and out.
