Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages sent or received. Fixar Inc. is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically, you will receive 1–5 messages per service appointment.

Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may still receive communications via email or phone unless you separately opt out of those channels.

Carrier liability: Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates provided by Fixar Inc. are non-binding and subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during the course of the work. Any material changes to scope or cost will be communicated to you and require your approval before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixar Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, our services, or any related communications, including SMS messages.
