This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the Fixar CRM Mobile App. The Fixar CRM Mobile App is an internal field tool used by Fixar Inc. technicians and staff for scheduling, dispatch, job notes, customer communication, and payment. It is not a consumer-facing app, and accounts are not created through in-app signup.
1. How Accounts Are Created
Fixar CRM Mobile App accounts are provisioned by Fixar Inc. administrators for employees and authorized staff. There is no in-app signup or self-service account creation. If you are using the app, your account was created for you by Fixar's administrator as part of your employment or engagement.
2. Data Associated with Your Account
Your account in the Fixar CRM Mobile App may have the following personal information associated with it:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing or service address
- User identifier (the internal user ID Fixar uses to recognize your account)
- Photos you upload (job-site photos, equipment photos, before/after images)
- Voice or sound recordings you create (e.g., voice notes attached to jobs)
- Other in-app messages and notes you send or write inside the CRM
Information collected is encrypted in transit. We do not collect precise location data, financial information, or device advertising identifiers through the Fixar CRM Mobile App.
3. Requesting Account Deletion
Because accounts are administrator-provisioned, account deletion is processed as a request to Fixar Inc., not through self-service inside the app.
To request deletion of your Fixar CRM Mobile App account, send a request that includes:
- Your full name as registered in the app
- The email address associated with your account
- A statement that you are requesting account deletion

If you are a current Fixar employee or contractor, you may also coordinate the request directly with your Fixar administrator.
4. Requesting Data Deletion (Without Account Deletion)
If you want to delete specific personal data but keep your account active, you can request partial deletion using the same contact methods above. Specify in your request which category of data you would like removed:
- Photos you uploaded
- Voice or sound recordings you created
- In-app messages and notes
- Profile information (name, email, phone, address)
We will confirm what can be deleted while keeping your account functional, and what (if anything) cannot be removed because of the retention exceptions in Section 6.
5. What Gets Deleted
When we process an account deletion request, we delete or permanently anonymize the following data tied to your account:
- Profile information (name, email, phone, mailing or service address)
- User identifier
- Photos you uploaded
- Voice or sound recordings you created
- In-app messages and notes you authored
- Authentication credentials
6. What May Be Retained, and Why
Some data may be retained after account deletion when required by law, by contractual obligation, or to protect the legitimate interests of Fixar Inc. or its customers. Retained data is limited to what is strictly necessary and is kept only for as long as the underlying obligation requires. Examples:
- Completed customer service records may be retained for warranty, tax, and legal-compliance purposes, with personally identifying staff fields anonymized.
- Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Records required by legal hold, subpoena, or active dispute are retained until the underlying matter is resolved.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely.
7. Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and to complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request. Where backup systems are involved, account data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten in the normal backup rotation; during that window the data is not accessible for any production use.
8. Verifying Your Request
To protect against fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before we delete your account or data — for example, by responding from the email address registered on your account, or by confirming details only the account holder would know. We will not ask for sensitive information such as a Social Security number, credit card number, or password to verify a deletion request.
9. Service Providers
The Fixar CRM Mobile App relies on a small set of service providers that process data on Fixar Inc.'s behalf under contract. When you request account or data deletion, we instruct these providers to delete the corresponding records in their systems within the timelines noted in Section 7. Service providers include, among others, Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (SMS messaging), Stripe (payments), Deepgram (voice transcription), and Anthropic (AI features). These providers act only on our instructions and do not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.
