Paperwork & Compliance, Handled
The administrative side of a high-end project should be the easy part. We carry it cleanly:
- Certificate of Insurance and additional-insured endorsements on request — see insurance & COI
- Insured NYC HVAC contractor, EPA Section 608 certified
- Coordination on the HVAC portion of a Landmarks (LPC) submission with your office — equipment specs, locations, and screening (your office files; we make the mechanical side easy to approve)
- Clear written scopes and quotes your client and their board can actually read
How We Work With Your Team
Early in design, we will review the plans, advise on load, equipment, and the most discreet system for the space, and flag the chases and condenser locations you will want to reserve. During construction we coordinate rough-in around the other trades and commission the system properly before handover. Trade Partner Questions
Can you provide a COI and additional-insured endorsement?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance, with additional-insured endorsements on request. See our insurance and COI page for details.
Will you coordinate with our Landmarks submission?
Yes, on the HVAC portion — equipment selection, locations, and screening details that keep the mechanical side LPC-friendly. Your office prepares and files the application; we make the equipment easy to approve.
Do you work to our construction schedule?
We coordinate our rough-in and trim around framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and finishes, and we communicate early when something needs to shift. Clear scheduling is part of how we keep a project clean.
What systems do you install for high-end residential?
High-velocity small-duct, concealed ducted mini-splits, wall-mount ductless, multi-zone heat pumps, ERV and indoor air quality systems, and PTAC where appropriate. We select for discretion, quiet, and the realities of the building.
