Terms & Conditions
- Plan duration: 12 months from purchase date.
- Service area: NYC (all 5 boroughs) and Long Island.
- Scheduling: We will contact you within 5 business days of purchase to schedule your first tune-up. Second tune-up scheduled 6 months later.
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before first service visit; prorated refund after.
- Coverage: One (1) residential HVAC system.
- Additional systems: Add $149/year per additional system.
- Priority scheduling: Standard members are scheduled ahead of non-members during business hours. Does not guarantee same-day service.
- Repairs: 15% discount applies to labor and parts.
- No overtime: Applies to service calls on weekday evenings (after 5 PM, before 10 PM). Weekend and holiday overtime charges still apply (upgrade to Premium to waive).
- Plan auto-renews annually. 30-day renewal notice provided.
- All work performed by licensed, insured Fixar Inc. technicians.
