Terms & Conditions
- Plan duration: 12 months from purchase date.
- Service area: NYC (all 5 boroughs) and Long Island.
- Scheduling: We will contact you within 5 business days of purchase to schedule your tune-up.
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled before first service visit; prorated refund after first visit.
- Coverage: Plan covers one (1) residential HVAC system (central AC, mini split, furnace, or heat pump).
- Additional systems: Add $99/year per additional system.
- Repairs: 10% discount applies to labor and parts for any repairs identified during or between tune-ups.
- The plan does NOT include emergency service priority — upgrade to Standard or Premium for priority scheduling.
- Plan auto-renews annually unless cancelled. You will receive a renewal notice 30 days before renewal date.
- All tune-ups are performed by licensed, insured Fixar Inc. technicians.
